As a youngster, she was involved in many radio and TV productions, shows and other productions in Iceland. Briem, then 16, moved to London and was a part of an production called Lenin In Love for the New End Theater. Briem received a place at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art when she was 19-years-old. The next three years, she was a student at the school and graduated with a drama degree and an award called the John Barton Prize for Scenic Fight. Briem was a part of a variety of plays at RADA such as The Cherry Garden, by Anton Chekhov, and Bernarda Alba's House, written composed by Federico Garcia Lorca. After graduation, Briem continued to work at the London theatre, performing in plays like Catalog of Misunderstanding directed by Mike Figgis at The National Theater Studio as well as the successful, five-month run of the West End of Losing Louis . Anisa butt is an actress and television presenter from the United Kingdom who has been involved in Indian film and on television. The path she took to her career started as a child actress on Ishaan which was a TV show that aired in India on Disney Channel India. Her first film appearance was Shuja Al's Baat Bann Gayi.
